Everyone’s Out To Get You, Mother Rucker!

4 out of 5

It all started one afternoon just after school was out. Mary Rucker, teacher at St. Robert’s Catholic School and better known to most of her students as Mother Mary or Mother Rucker, was walking home towards dusk. She passed a construction site and one of the male workers whistled at her. “Hey, baby, shake that ass!” Mary pulled her nun’s dress away from her feet, kept her head down and walked faster until she was out of earshot. A recurring theme in Kill's work is to pick on organized religions. I've never read an author as bold and relentless in a pursuit as this. He personifies irreverence and this story is just a drop in the bucket of his similarly-themed published works that dissect Christianity and particularly Catholicism.

Patrick Kill
Patrick Kill specializes in writing the most absurd, iconoclastic humorous dark fiction around. At 6’1’’, he is the tallest midget on earth. He is a competitive eater…of children. He prefers footie pajamas with someone else’s feet in them. He fishes for dead bodies in drainage ditches during the day and traps for yeti at night. He is the most ridiculous man in the world. His favorite saying is: “I don’t always eat humans, but when I do, it’s dos Mexicanos. Stay evil, my friends.”
