A fantastical mind-fuck of a tale, it is unique to Kill’s published work as borderline dark fantasy. It was the lead story to the collection by the same name that was released by Shocklines Press in the mid-2000s. When I settled on the cover art assignment, I wanted something that resembled a very twisted father-to-son relationship much like the lead character is to God in the creation of his weird world.
